This is the original jimigill.com, preserved. It sat on the server untouched for roughly twenty years, from somewhere around 2005 until 2026.

The two photographs were on the server the entire time. The page simply pointed at the wrong place — at files on the author’s own computer rather than at logo_phpBB.gif and picture_library/Jim_flares.JPG, which sat two folders away. Twenty years of empty boxes, and a one-line fix nobody ever made.

The forum and the chatroom are gone too. Both returned 404.

What’s left is the sentence in the middle, which has been sitting there patiently for two decades: “I’ll be adding more to the site over the coming weeks/months.”
